Zakkaru, а зачем вы пытаетесь достать из него json данные тогда?

soremix, В туториале для смена префикста было так. Я просто хз как зделать смену префикса для каждого сервера отдельно

Zakkaru, читайте туториал, смотрите, что пропустили. Нельзя получить json из невалидного объекта (которым и является пустая строка).
Судя по коду, файл должен быть словарем вида
{'guild_id': 'prefix'}

Где ключ - ID сервера, значение - префикс
