Spring mvc tomcat 404 в чем ошибка?

Разрабатываю приложение с использованием Spring MVC apache tomcat 9
Но на урле localhost:8080/hello-world получаю ошибку 404.
В чем ошибка кода?

Могу предположить, что вы некорректно настроили томкат. В настройках вашего IDE необходимо указать context path.
А затем обращаться к вашему приложению примерно так:
localhost:8080/myPath/hello-world
