Почему не устанавливается Umbraco CMS?

Всем привет. Пытаюсь установить умбрако - не ставится, просто бесконечно идет полосочка, но ничего не происходит. Ни в процессах, ни на экране.

В логаз вот что:

Так, похоже проблема была в IE, с хрома установлось. Че за дикость, а Windows Server до сих пор с IE идет, без Edge даже.
