Нужно передать дополнительные Intents при создании объекта клиента

intents = discord.Intents.all()
client = discord.Client(intents=intents)

Если нужны права только на пользователей и методов, связанных с ним, то

intents = discord.Intents.default()
intents.members = True

Да, включи INTENS и кстати хочу заметить что в Discord Bot Client тоже не видно пока не включишь Intens
