Как решить проблему с отображением шрифтов Chrome, Firefox на разных ПК?

Суть проблемы состоит в том, что у 10 человек, у которых я тестировал шрифты, они нормально работают, но парадоксальным является то, что у заказчика они не отображаются, и уже продолжительное время...и уже кэш чистил, и всё...и у его "друзей" точно так же не отображается, хотя у программистов с моего окружения всё нормально работает... ошибок в консоли фаербага нет. А в хроме вот обнаружили что-то странное.

Может, кто-то встречался с подобной проблемой, и связано ли это со шрифтами?

Вроде ясно написано - С ГуглАналитиксом что-то пошло не так... Уберите этот фрагмент кода и проверьте шрифты.

Добавить в папочку _fonts версию используемых шрифтов (ttf, eot, woff, svg) и через @font-face использовать.
