При этом пинг до финского IP с трех точек ощутимо меньше чем до немецкого:

ТП раза три что-то проверяла в ответ, просила российские IP, потом в результате съехала с темы:
The routing is depending on the uplink of your ISP.
We route the traffic directly over a direct private interconnect which is the best way for us. The IP *** and *** are from different ISP. The IP *** is only available over FFM in Germany.
