Кросс компиляция Raspberry pi

Здравствуйте! А я тут малиной балуюсь.

Пытаюсь настроить компиляцию как в этом руководстве при помощи distcc.

На малине - Gentoo, на основном компьютере - Debian.
Вроде как настроил все по манулу, но компиляция проходит все так-же уныло медленно.
Малина и комп соединены на прямую, комп является NAT.
Подскажите что я сделал не так, вот конфиги:
на Pi:
