Не отправляются логи syslog-ng, что делаю не так?

Коллеги, помогите решить проблему. Настраиваю централизованный сбор логов на сервер при помощи syslog-ng.
Не пойму что делаю не так, направьте в нужную сторону для решения проблемы.

Конфиг на сервере:

Конфиг на клиенте:

Там собственно установлен штатный rsyslog

сделал 2 настройки в /etc/rsyslog.conf и /etc/systemd/journald.conf :

В /etc/rsyslog.conf добавил *.* @@10.10.10.30:514 в конце файла (пробовал варианты *.* @10.10.10.30 и @10.10.10.30:514 )

Самое интересное, с сервера клиента Centos7 10.10.10.100 логи не сыпятся и файл не создается, а с Микротика 10.10.10.1 всё нормально приходит и файл /var/log/remote-log/MK10.10.10.1.log создается и в него пишется лог.
Что делаю не правильно? Куда смотреть?

- в конфиге на client.

Попробуйте открыть на сервере TCP тоже.
