Как навесить ссылку на маркер на Google Maps?

Имеется такой вот пример кластеризованных меток (маркеров) на карте Гугла. Подскажите, пожалуйста, как к маркерам (красным) прикрепить ссылку? Ну и заодно убрать буквы алфавита с с маркеров.
