Postges примонтировать в локальную папку на Windows?

Использую Windows 10 x64. Подскажите пожалуйста.
Если задать локальную папку для примонтирования, тогда возникает такая ошибка.

Это известное ограничение в Docker для Windows. Семантика отображения файловой системы из каталога Windows в каталог Linux несовершенна, поскольку mount выполняется с помощью CIFS/SMB. Один из вещей, который не будет работать chown (изменение владельца) в файловой системы Windows.

Спасибо, я этот вариант тоже нагугливал, только тогда непонятно где хранятся файлы локально?

Google указывает на

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Hyper-V\Virtual hard disks

надо бы проверить :) У самого не Windows :)

у меня там только один файл "MobyLinuxVM.vhdx". Как-то непонятно как тогда например мне забекапить базу, если контейнер не сработает? Или например как мне удалить базу, что бы создать новую?

Богдан, посмотрите вывод docker info. Там есть "Docker Root Dir" посмотрите этот каталог.

Судя по этой статьи https://blog.sixeyed.com/docker-volumes-on-windows... папка находится C:\ProgramData\docker\volumes\{volume-id}.

docker-compose build
а потом
docker-compose up

Попробуйте так:

      POSTGRES_PASSWORD: postgres

volumes:
  postgres_data:

Вам не обязательно делать docker-compose build.
Выполните docker-compose up -d и проверьте папку C:\ProgramData\docker\volumes\postgres_data

Хикмат Абдунабиев, спасибо, думаю что под Windows это нереально, пообщался в ребятами в телеграм канале по докеру, и сказали что не заработает. Вот видимо он монтируется в этот файл
