В логе, видим ошибку: Using removed Babel 5 option: base.optional - Put the specific transforms you want in the `plugins` option.
1) переводим, если что через переводчик.
2) копируем, вставляем в гугл (видим внизу несколько решений)
3) еще гуглим, находится даже stackoverflow на русском

module: loaders А есть такое свойство в module?
module: rules , и уже дальше loader
