Как скачать файл .mp3 через android studio webview?

Делаю .арк для сайта myrington.ru/pda , использую webview.
Сайт открывается, javascript работает - песни играют, виджеты подгружает. Но файлы не качает.
Можно выбрать открыть через Хром - тогда они просто играют. Подскажите, как подключить даунлодер?
Вот права манифеста:
