Почему не получается перезапустить Apache?

Здравствуйте! Почему-то не получается перезапустить сервер Apache

dart@amd:~$ sudo apache2ctl graceful

ports.conf:

Виртуальный хост:

Надо было поставить
<VirtualHost *:81>
вместо
<VirtualHost :*81>
