Не могу понять ошибку! Может при создании проекта?
Вроде все шаги по настройке прошел.

Только вместо Eclipse пришлось использовать Android Studio
Создал проект:
$ phonegap create vtoroi "com.proba.vtoroi" "Vtoroi proect of PhoneGap"

Единственное вот такое предупреждение при запуске андроид:
$ phonegap local run android

И при импорте в Android Studio
