Ошибка при запуске сервера Django в PyCharm?

Ты используешь python 3.5
А в python 3 поменялся синтаксис raise (https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-3109/), как я понял.

И тебе надо поменять
raise errorclass, errorvalue
на
raise errorclass(errorvalue)

Но как я понимаю - эта проблема в MySQL для питона.
Видимо она не совместима с python 3. Или типа того.
Я не особый спец в питоне

Да мне кажется, что не правильно установил коннектор. Когда устанавливаю pip install MySQL-python вылетает ошибка

ConfigParser из 2.x

Вопрос решен, нужно было:
export PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/mysql/bin (для mac)
и установить mysqlclient-1.3.7

для 3го питона MySQL-python не работает, юзай mysqlclient
