Не могу отправить кроссдоменный запрос Apache 2.4?

Пытаюсь кроссдоменно отправить запрос POST запрос с json-ом.

Консоль высылает ошибки

OPTIONS http://testApi.com/test

Invalid HTTP status code 405

RewriteRule ^ index.php [L]

Вывод, с апачем все хорошо, префлайт запрос добрался до index.php, который не понял что такое OPTIONS и дропнулся с 405-ым статус кодом.

Решение - зависит от того что там внутри. Суть в том что бы index.php отдавал на OPTIONS запрос с заголовками префлайта 200-ый статус код.

Не помогло, или что имеется в виду?

так же интерес в том что apache 2.2. Работает. Мне нужен конкретно 2.4 т.к на предыдущих версиях не работает php 5.6, а он мне так сложились обстоятельства и нужен.

KuzmenkoArtem: перечитайте мой ответ, ваш этот Lumen знать ничего не знает о OPTIONS запросах и падает, так как у него по урлу по которому вы шлете запрос только GET/POST разрешены например. Вывод - добавить в Lumen мидлвэр который бы на все OPTIONS запросы с CRORS заголовками возвращал 200 ok
