Почему падает apache?

Здравствуйте, периодически падает апач. На сервере стоит ubuntu 14.04, Apache/2.4.10, PHP 5.5.12-2ubuntu4.1 (cli) (built: Oct 29 2014 11:59:49)

Пробовал делать трейс:

В dmesg валится такое:

На веб сервере лежит только php скрипт, который выводит из базы firebird данные. Подскажите в какую сторону копать? Спасибо

можно в одну строку просто убрав "\"

попробуйте с помощью статьи

убедится что проблема не в ваших скриптах

да там ничего нет особенного, пройстейшие html теги и кусок php, выводит из базы фамилию клиента, эта страничка-попрошайка (заглушка) для клиентов, попробовал увеличить maxclients и serverlimit до 500, полчаса наблюдаю, вижу в error.log крешится иногда, но это уже не влияет на скорость открытия странички, как было до этого. Статью сегодня просматривал, но все равно спасибо.
