Как использовать кириллицу в footer wkhtmltopdf?

Добавляю в footer "Страница [page] из [toPage]"
А на выводе ???????? 1 ?? 4

А что на выводе? Конкретезируйте свой вопрос

Вместо "Страница 1 из 4" выводится "???????? 1 ?? 4"
Это в footer. Сама страница показывает русский текст
