Как обновить Fragment или RecycleView из адаптера?

Я пишу свой первый проект на kotlin - приложение на андроид с расписанием. в моем Fragment лежит recycleView, в recycleView лежат занятия в виде cardview, у recycleView есть адаптер. так получилось, что в адаптере у меня логика удаления выбранной карточки с занятием. Как я могу обновить фрагмент или recycleview прямиком из адаптера, чтобы после удаления сразу отображалось корректное расписание?

быстро и неправильно - завести во фрагменте метод который его обновляет, этот метод передавать в адаптер
правильный способ - читать про MVC, MVP, MVVM, отдельно данные, отдельно логика, отдельно отображение, когда изменяем данные - автоматически меняется отображение

ну mvc особо не использовался, mvi актуальный уже

Jacen11, на вкус и цвет, фломастеры разные. Речь не о конкретной архитектуре, а о принципе разделения данных и их отображения. А там, хоть свои костыли используйте.
