При этом бот имеет права администратора, выданные ему непосредственно на странице разработчика. Подскажите, пожалуйста, что делать? Сам только начинаю программировать.

It is recommended to go to https://discord.com/developers/applications/ and explicitly enable the privileged intents within your application's page. If this is not possible, then consider disabling the privileged intents instead.

Значит начни не с ботов. В ошибке максимально детально описана проблема, куда перейти и что сделать.
