Как правильно подключить RGB дисплей 480х272 к DPI24 (на GPIO) у Малины 3 В?

Приветствую. Подключаю к Малине 3 В дисплей с RGB интерфейсом. Читал что нужно добавить в файл config.txt в документации и в примерах подключения у людей. Картинка на экране не появляется. Проверил осциллографом есть ли импульсы clock, hsync, vsync - нет импульсов. Постоянно высокий уровень. До манипуляций с экраном и файлом config.txt VNC viewer показывал рабочий стол, а теперь пишет "cannot currently show the desktop". Что я делаю не так? Помогите пожалуйста.
