Как изменить template для генерации html HtmlWebpackPlugin vue/cli@next PWA?

Собственно мне нужно изменить названия иконок и убрать

<!--[if IE]><link rel="icon" href="/favicon.svg" /><![endif]-->

Ps: даже с использованием HtmlWebpackPlugin при template: "public/index.html", он все равно откуда-то генерирует линки для иконок и [if IE]... Откуда...
