bot = True - откуда это там взялось? Где это есть в документации к discord.py ?

Используйте Add-on из этого списка , они специально для этого предназначены )

В итоге требуется добавить ALIAS либо CNAME указывающую например на hidden-sierra-7936.herokudns.com (тут укажешь свое приложение)
