Вот что я нашел в суппорт группе и мне это помогло, а именно, обновил БИОС и ТСМ до последной версии и сделал взброс CMOS.
For your current situation:
1. Please confirm all the 4 FANs are located at their original place and running at highest speed.
2. Please update the BIOS and TSM firmware to the latest version when system is with one CPU and 4 FANs are in correct slot.
