To import emails from Outlook to your Gmail account either you can you a tool such as Shoviv IMAP Backup and Restore tool or use a manual approach.

To import outlook emails to Gmail, follow these steps:



1. In Outlook, select the File menu.

2. Select Import and Export.

3. In the Import and Export Wizard, select Import from another program or file, and then click Next.

4. Select Comma Separated Values, and then click Next.

5. Click Browse, and then locate the .csv file that you want to import.

6. Select the option to replace duplicates with items imported, and then click Next.

7. In the Import a File dialog box, click Gmail.

8. Enter your Gmail email address and password, and then click Next.

9. Select the folder in Gmail where you want to store the imported email messages, and then click Next.

10. Click Finish.
