Outlook при отправке html формата делает в Gmail rtf формат что делать?

In Outlook, select File > Options > Mail.

Select Compose messages in this format to view the format options.

To disable TNEF, select HTML or Plain Text, and then select OK.

Это делала, все равно не помогает(
