I tried to give Dreame multiple chances to make things right, but they failed every time. My vacuum broke, repairs took months, and their customer service gave conflicting information. After returning the unit for a refund, Dreame denied it and kept everything. This company�s treatment of customers is unacceptable�don�t let them take advantage of you too.
