Как правильно получать данные с базы?

Изучаю бекенд, взял шаблон Laravel + Vue с готовыми api и фэйковой базой, поэтапно пишу контролеры для работы с базой MySQL.

Написал регистрацию, вывод пользователей и статей, по примеру fakedb из шаблона.
Приступил к написанию контроллера для FAQ и пришел к тупику.

Так выглядит фейковая база

Раньше я получал 1 массив из одной таблици например users имея поля id, isername, password....

Получается что для каждого массива нужны своя таблица из базы
Для массива pament, таблица - payment для orders - orders..
Нельзя ли все это поместить в таблицу faq? Без критики, я же учусь)

Можно и в одной таблице вывести все данные, если тебе удобно так. faqData выглоядит как объект, а не массив с данными, как выглядит массив который нужно получить?

Возможно вы правы и мне нужно получить объект с данными, а не массив, я не совсем понимаю как это делать, данные нужно получать такие, как представлено в фэйковой базе
