Как распозноать обект в темноте на C#?

Подскажите пожалуйста кто знает что за метод использовал автор данной статьи.Чтобы распознать лицо или объект в темноте.Как я понял методы растяжения контраста, выравнивания гистограммы и адаптивного выравнивании.При помощи какой библиотеки хотя бы один из этих методов можно реализовать на C#.
