Как удалить подписку на уведомления?

Создал подписку на сайте.

Всё прекрасно, но если стоит задача отвязать подписку, возможно ли это сделать на JavaScript или только пользователь уже в браузере сможет отвязать?

В вашем вопросе я не вижу никакой подписки. Всё что вы делаете это спрашиваете у пользователя разрешения показывать уведомления. А разрешениями для сайтов может управлять только пользователь.
