Независимо от моих операций, каждый раз после закрытия приложения сессия очищается, даже с демо приложения, которое ставится при установке, если ничего не менять.
В демо приложении создается BrowserWindow, в котором открывается например яндекс, я авторизируюсь, закрываю приложение, открываю, и приходится авторизоваться заново.
Пытался подставить разные параметры при создании BrowserWindow, но ничего не помогло(
