Как правильно перенаправить 127.0.0.1:8080 на zend.loc?

При этом должен открываться 127.0.0.1:7060 .
Пробовала так, не получается....

с данным конфигом открывается и 127.0.0.1:8080 и localhost:8080 и 127.0.0.1:7060 , но не открывается zend_web =127.0.0.1:8080 ( как должно быть) Чую, знании не хватает, что почитать не знаю, подскажите, пож-ста.

RabIN, <Directory directory-path> ... </Directory> httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/core.html#directory
</Directory> есть, а куда подевался <Directory "/var/www/public">?

Да, опечаталась, пардон.

да, этот порт необходим для страницы adminer
а сам сайт открывается с портом 8080 (127.0.0.1:8080 и localhost:8080), а zend не открывается вообще....

RabIN, если по ip открывается нормально, а по доменному имени нет, то вероятно правите не тот файл hosts.
Браузер запускаете на локальной машине, а файл hosts правите в докер контейнере.
