Как запустить Appium из командной строки?

У меня установлен appium-desktop-setup-1.8.2.exe
На Windows запускаю его из консоли с такими вариантами:

appium
appium -p 4724
start appium

Но у меня всего лишь открывается окно запуска Appium, а сам запуск не выполняется. Его нужно вручную все равно запускать.
