Подскажите пожалуйста, как пофиксить ошибку при установке плагина для интеграции с 1С opencart2-exchange1c на opencart 3.0.2, php 5.6.31

подправлял файл
/etc/php.ini (в phpinfo() путь к этому файлу указан), раскоментовал строку
open_basedir = / и перегрузил сервер, но ошибка так и есть.
П.С. этот плагин будет вообще работать на 3 версии опенкарта, а то в инфе о плагине заявлена поддержка только 2 версии?
