Не загружается JSP, что делать?

У меня есть небольшое HelloWorld-приложение.

Собирал я его в начале так:
1) Открыл Intelij IDEA
2) Выбрал пункт Spring MVC

У меня собрался проект, пустой.
Но я его сам определил, следуя вот по этому туториалу.

Т.е у меня определён контроллер:

И когда я запускаю проект через tomcat, у меня выдаёт следующее:

HTTP Status 404 – Not Found
Type Status Report

Message /WEB-INF/views/index.jsp

Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.

Apache Tomcat/9.0.10

Я не понимаю, как это исправить?
