Как изменить структуру json?

Всем привет. Есть json массив

И т.д.
Необходимо сделать такой

{"AK-47 | Aquamarine Revenge (Battle-Scarred)":{"last_updated":1467615630,"quantity":149,"value":632},"AK-47 | Aquamarine Revenge (Factory New)":{"last_updated":1467615630,"quantity":65,"value":2796}

т.е добавить поле last_update, с временем и изменить price на value. Как такое реализовать?

1. декодировать json
   
2. пробежаться по массиву и добавить к каждому элементу поле last_update
   
3. закодировать json
