Не использует изменения после assets:precompile в production?

Здравствуйте. Если при запущенном сервере в режиме production сделать изменении в файлах assets/*.js, а потом
rails assets:clobber assets:precompile . То изменения не подхватываются, нужно только рестартовать сервер рельсов.
Как сделать что бы без рестарта все работало? Спасибо
