Не могу заставить взаимодействовать HTML и PHP в phpstorm.
При запуске html в браузере открывается созданная форма, которая после заполнения и отправки должна обрабатываться в php.
Но php не берет данные из HTML.
При запуске проекта через Open Server все работает нормально
