Почему ни один браузер не пускает в jenkins?

На серваке установлен jenkins на 8080 порт и nginx, который слушает только 80. При попытке зайти в jenkins, firefox выдаёт:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to <domain>.com:8080. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. (Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

Ну так человеческим же языком написано, что браузер не смог создать защищённое соединение. У меня есть подозрение, что в Jenkins надо ходить по http, а не https
