Ошибка в проекте wpf при работе с БД sqlite, как решить?

Попробуй ключ сделать как публичное свойство, в не приватное поле.
Вероятно старый EF не умеет с приватными полями работать.

Кстати, а зачем ты руками свойства Income и Consumption реализовал, если тут буквально стандартное поведение?

yoursweetboybrawlstars, в данном случае тут нет ничего sqlite-специфичного. Тут entity framework.
Гайдов по новому Entity Framework Core (срочно обновляйся) - полно.
