Исключение пользователя из беседы с помощью VkBotLongPoll?

А зачем вы 2 раза слушаете логнпол
Уберите вот эти 2 строки перед прослушиванием лонгпола от чата

for event in longpoll.listen():
  if event.type == VkEventType.MESSAGE_NEW:

Для ботов метод messages.getChatнедоступен.
В вашем случае можно использоватьmessages.getConversationsById

Вот пример кика по ответу на сообщение

Чат айди это не пир айди, а пир айди - 2000000000.

"user_id": event.obj.reply_message['from_id']

Имя думаю и сами вытащите

Что-то типо такого? Пользователь пишет например "Репорт ошибка в слове на кнопке" и админу приходит сообщение "Новый репорт: ошибка в слове на кнопке". Ещё можно прикрутить айди/ссылку на пользователя

Что-то вроде этого? Если выпал 0, то просто выводит сообщение в консоль, но пользователю не отправляет, если провода, то оправляет сообщение. Капсом обозначил что куда вставлять
