Как исправить ошибку В TELEBOT?

Бот отслеживает курс доллара. Присылает каждые 5 мин сообщения. Когда 1 партия сообщений пришла вылезает ошибка:

Если файл со стикером открыли где-то сверху, то после первой отправки он прочитался полностью и в следующие разы соответственно не отправляется, т.к. читать уже нечего, указатель стоит в конце файла. Лучше передавайте вместо переменной со стикером сразу open() с ним же.

Будет ошибка:

sti = open('1.webp', 'rb')
bot.send_sticker(message.chat.id, sti)
bot.send_sticker(message.chat.id, sti)

Правильнее:

bot.send_sticker(message.chat.id, open('1.webp', 'rb'))
bot.send_sticker(message.chat.id, open('1.webp', 'rb'))
