Не дает обновлять, удалять плагины и темы wordpress?

Кто сталкивался? перестал работать Elementor , грузится постоянно и никак не дает пользоваться. Полез переустанавливать, а он не дает удалять плагин

При попытке удалить любой плагин, пишет следующее


При попытке установки нового, устанавливает норм, а после активации белый экран. Потом переходишь по новой в плагины, плагин висит активированный.

Также при удалении, если обновить страницу то плагин вроде как удаляется.

Также не работает поиск плагинов в репозитории, чет дичь какая то.

Удалите физически папки плагина, тем, на хостинге

так не в них проблема, физически они сами удаляются, а вот зависоны при удалении ajax пишут что не удаляются. Но по факту если обновить страницу плагинов, то плагин уходит и физически его нет в папке.
