Окей, добавляю, на выходе получаю 404 при просе того самого сайт.ру/robots.txt, пошёл разбираться, по прямой ссылке 404, хочу посмотреть файл components/com_mycityselector/robots.txt.php, а там пишет открыть не возможно, кодировка не известная ... после недолгих манипуляций с google нашёл онлайн редактор, который смог открыть мне этот файл, но там ромбики по большей степени с непонятными символами ала вопросики и всякой ересью, + немного кода :
