Почему bower выдает ошибку?

Пишу в консоли bower i swiper и мне выдаёт

bower not-cached    https://github.com/nolimits4web/Swiper.git#*
bower resolve       https://github.com/nolimits4web/Swiper.git#*
bower ECMDERR       Failed to execute "git ls-remote --tags --heads https://github.com/nolimits4web/Swiper.git", exit code of #128 fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/nolimits4web/Swiper.git/': error setting certificate verify locations:   CAfile: D:/сайт/Git/mingw64/ssl/certs/ca-bundle.crt   CApath: none

Additional error details:
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/nolimits4web/Swiper.git/': error setting certificate verify locations:

И так при попытке установить что либо будь то jquery и т.п.

Если открыть гит терминал и прописать там

git config --global url.git://github.com/.insteadOf https://github.com/

То всё заработает
