Как при помощи JQ или JS принудительно вызвать клик на элементе с зажатым Shift?

Добрый день.
Необходимо произвести клик на выбранном элементе, клик с зажатой клавишей shift, мне надо с генерировать событие, а не слушать его. Если это возможно сделать при помощи JQ или нативно буду благодарен за пример.
