Почему не компилируется SASS?

Вот мой файл config.rb:

Вот файл main.scss:

Работаю из под windows установлен ruby, sass, compass. Компилирую в sublime через Build и выдает вот такую ошибку:

Почему так может быть? Как можно пофиксить?
