Как отправить музыку с обложкой по ссылке?

Нужно отправить аудио файл уже с обложкой которая лежит по ссылке.
пробовал использовать requests

result = requests.get(link)
photo_url = result.url
await bot.send_audio(message.chat.id, audio=audio, thumb=photo_url)

Библиотека aiogram.
